Jennifer Gillespie started as a little girl, watching her grandmother, mother, aunts and family friends prepare Sunday dinners, holiday feasts, private catering events and operate Five Star restaurants.
One of her first contributions to the holiday meal was her Granny’s made from scratch Giblet Gravy!
Life has a way of bringing things full circle! In 2013, Jennifer opened Chocolate Dipped Treats; which expanded to full service catering in 2017, as CDT and MORE Catering Services.
Today, Chef J Rae’Chel serves a flavorful cornucopia of some traditional favorites, as well as an array of modern, cutting edge recipes!
